At Health Touch Chiropractic, we seek to treat you with a concierge level of service. You will see this from the moment you enter our office. From the kind treatment by our front office staff, to the offer of water to every patient, we attempt to go a step further than expected to give you an wonderful experience that will augment your healing and leave you feeling cared for and treated properly.

When you first enter our office, you will be asked to fill out the information that we need to give you the best care possible. There may be a number of questions, but your Health Touch doctors need that information so they can properly examine you and determine the right steps to take so you will heal as fast as possible.

Thorough Examination

The staff will review the paperwork for completion and clarify any issues that seem ambiguous.

At that point, you will receive a thorough examination that will provide Drs. Lubcke and Witherspoon with the information they need to determine the next course of action.

It is possible that your examination may reveal issues that are best analyzed using technology outside of the office. It is possible that the doctor may ask you to obtain x-rays or bloodwork. At no time will the Health Touch doctors ask you for these things if they believe they are unnecessary. Rather, such information is sometimes needed so the diagnosis can be proper and clear. We have excellent technology partners that will treat you well, and we attempt to keep your costs reasonable at all times.

After The Examination

If your condition is straightforward, it is possible you will be adjusted after the examination. Our doctors use a wide variety of highly-effective techniques, and will adjust you gently with a technique geared to give you the best results possible.

Our doctors will observe how your body responds to treatment, and your body's response will determine which course of care is the proper course for you.

A report of findings will be scheduled for another time. At that report of findings, the doctors will discuss the details of your problem. Dr. Lubcke and/or Dr. Witherspoon will answer the most popular questions that patients have:

What has happened to me?
Can it be fixed, and if so, how?
How long will it take?
How much will it cost?

Progressing into care... and beyond

After the report of findings, you will become fully engaged in your care plan as determined by Dr. Lubcke and Dr. Witherspoon. Your participation in your care is vital if you want to obtain the best results possible from the care provided.

As your care progresses, you will be given the opportunity to learn more about health and how to get well and stay well. Dr. Lubcke and Dr. Witherspoon continually work to present new and exciting information that can help you achieve that level of thriving mentioned in other parts of this website. We are eager and willing to instruct you and assist you so you can obtain this optimal level of Wellness as you progress through care and after your initial condition is healed!
