I am 55 years old and have been driving race cars since I was 20.  In the last 3-4 years I have been experiencing extreme back and neck pain at the beginning of each session.  The pain was intolerable.  It made me think that my racing days were numbered.  My original problem came from being rear-ended several times in my personal car.

My race car is an NHRA legal Top Dragster.  The G forces at the launch are near 3 Gs.  That means that your body weighs 3 times its normal weight.  That force caused me great pain, to the point that I had tears in my eyes.  The car covers the quarter mile in less than 7.5 seconds at speeds over 180 mph.

This year I have been seeing Dr. Lubcke for adjustments.  When I attended my first race of this season {2009} I was already dreading the pain.  To my surprise, I had no pain.  I know the reason was because Dr. Lubcke had my back correctly aligned.

It looks like my driving career will survive a few more years.  I commend Dr. Lubcke and his great staff for all they have done for me.

Dr. Lubcke has helped me regain and maintain my excellent health for many years!  I suffer from low and middle back and neck pain as a result of work related injuries sustained many years ago.  With the assistance of Dr. Lubcke's periodic chiropractic adjustments and by performing the various exercises he has suggested, I have minimal pain and I am able to engage in any physical activities that interest me!  I really appreciate that Dr. Lubcke has kept me relatively pain free without the use of prescription drugs!  I have always been impressed with Dr. Lubcke's multifaceted approach to health care and have recommended him to many family members and friends.  Currently my wife and two adult daughters see him on a regular or "as needed" basis.

The staff members at Health Touch Chiropractic with whom I deal have always impressed me with their professionalism and friendliness.  It is a testimony to the great working environment at this clinic that so many of the staff members have been employed here for such a long time.  My experience with other chiropractors has been that employee turnover is rapid!  Not so at Health Touch.  This staff always seems ready, willing, and able to accomodate any request I have, especially rescheduling my appointments solely for my convenience!

When we first came to Dr. Lubcke, my wife and I had been in a car accident and had undergone unsuccessful treatment for those injuries.  I’d also suffered a knee injury that made things even more complicated.  Although I’d been healthy and active my whole life before the car accident, in a matter of months I’d become almost immobilized.

The Health Touch staff is always warm, friendly and helpful. They have become my friends. My body is very much better. I started to have serious back pain when I was 15 and was in a bad 5-car pileup accident; and there were no seat belts. Without their care, I had difficulty in doing just about everything including sleeping. Because of their care, I can function, accomplish things, do housework, drive comfortably and sleep. All these benefits in spite of 6 spinal surgeries including an implanted steel rod from L2 to and including L5. Therefore all the stress is on my SI joint. I would have had a difficult, painful life. Also, I have learned “tons” about how to take care of my body. I will be 71 years old this year.
